Idle Up Control Valve: Description and Operation

PURPOSE
The Air Conditioning Idle-Up Valve is used to maintain Idle quality when the Air Conditioning is being used.

OPERATION
When the Air Conditioning comes on the Engine Control Module signals the Air Conditioning Idle-Up Valve and opens an air bypass circuit to increase idle speed.
