No.1 Ignition Coil Removal and Installation

NO.1 IGNITION COIL REMOVAL
1. REMOVE BATTERY CLAMP COVER.
2. REMOVE BATTERY AND BATTERY TRAY.





3. DISCONNECT IGNITION COIL CONNECTOR.
4. DISCONNECT HIGH-TENSION CORD.
5. DISCONNECT NOISE FILTER CONNECTOR.
6. REMOVE IGNITION COIL.
- Remove the 2 bolts. ignition coil and bracket.

Torque:
10 mm head: 7.5 N.m (80 kgf.cm, 69 in.lb.)
14 mm head: 34 N.m (350 kgf.cm, 25 in.lb.)

- Remove the 4 screws and ignition coil from the bracket.

NO.1 IGNITION COIL INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION HINT: Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
