Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft Pulley: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove Drive Belt as described under Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories.






2. Using crankshaft holding tool Special Service Tool (SST) No. 09213-70010 with companion flange holding tool (SST) No. 09330-00021, or equivalents, loosen the pulley bolt.
3. Remove the holding tools, then the pulley bolt.






4. Using suitable puller set remove the crankshaft pulley.

INSTALLATION
1. Align the pulley set key with the key groove of the pulley, and slide on the pulley.






2. Using crankshaft holding tool with companion flange holding tool tighten the pulley bolt to 324 Nm (3,300 kg.cm, 239 ft.lb).
