Speed Sensor, Front

Front Speed Sensor Components:

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect connector.
(a) Remove the opening moulding.
(b) Remove the fender liner.

Front Speed Sensor Connector:

(c) Disconnect the Speed Sensor connector.
2. Remove Speed Sensor.
(a) Remove the 3 clamp bolts holding the sensor harness to the body, upper arm and Steering Knuckle.
Torque: 5.0 Nm (51 kg.cm. 44 inch lbs.)

Remove The Speed Sensor From The Steering Knuckle:

(b) Remove the Speed Sensor from the Steering Knuckle.
Torque: 7.8 Nm (80 kg.cm, 69 inch lbs.)

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
After installation, check speed sensor signal.
