REMOVAL
1. Disconnect both of the tailpipe support brackets after first removing the four bolts and the tailpipe support brackets.

NOTE: When installing the brackets, tighten them to 19 Nm (14 ft. lbs.).

2. Remove the two nuts and the stabilizer bar links.

NOTE: When installing the links, tighten them to 44 Nm (33 ft. lbs.).


3. Remove the four bolts and the stabilizer bar brackets from the body.

NOTE: When installing the brackets, tighten the bolts to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).





4. Remove both the bushings and the brackets.

Installation Hint: Install the bushing to the outside of the bushing stopper.





STABILIZER BAR LINK BALL JOINT INSPECTION
1. As shown, flip the ball joint stud back and forth five times, before installing the nut.
2. Using a torque wrench, turn the nut continuously one turn each 2 - 4 seconds and take the torque reading on the fifth turn. The turning torque should be 0.3 - 1.2 Nm (2.6 - 10.4 inch lbs.).

INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal.
