Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

METER: METER / GAUGE SYSTEM: DTC CHECK / CLEAR

DTC CHECK / CLEAR

1. CHECK DTC
(a) Connect Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Engine switch on (IG) and turn the tester on.
(c) Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Trouble Codes.
(d) Check for DTCs.
2. CLEAR DTC
(a) Connect Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Engine switch on (IG) and turn the tester on.
(c) Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Combination Meter / Trouble Codes.
(d) Clear the DTCs.
