Removal





AUDIO / VISUAL: RADIO RECEIVER: REMOVAL

1. PRECAUTION

NOTICE:
After the engine switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, make sure to wait at least 60 seconds before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (w/ Navigation System for HDD)

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

3. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

4. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT ASH RECEPTACLE Removal

5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH Removal

6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH Removal

7. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY Removal

8. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL PANEL WITH RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (w/o Navigation System)

(a) Remove the 4 bolts.





(b) Pull the integration control panel with radio receiver assembly toward the rear of the vehicle and disengage the 2 clips.

(c) Disconnect each connector and remove the integration control panel with radio receiver assembly.

9. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET (w/o Navigation System)

(a) Remove the 4 bolts, screw, and No. 1 radio bracket.





10. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET (w/o Navigation System)

(a) Remove the 4 bolts, screw, and No. 2 radio bracket.





11. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (w/o Navigation System)

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and 6 clips.





(b) Remove the radio receiver assembly.

12. REMOVE DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY WITH RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System)

(a) Remove the 4 bolts.





(b) Pull the display and navigation module display with radio receiver assembly toward the rear of the vehicle and disengage the 2 clips.

(c) Disconnect each connector and remove the display and navigation module display with radio receiver assembly.

13. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET (w/ Navigation System)

(a) Remove the 6 bolts and No. 1 radio bracket.





14. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET (w/ Navigation System)

(a) Remove the 6 bolts and No. 2 radio bracket.





15. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System)

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and 4 clips.





(b) Remove the radio receiver assembly.
