Approved MB 229.3 Service Products
Effective immediately engine oil with MB 229.3 certification is approved for all vehicles equipped with FSS (including Model Year 1998 and later). The following approved MB 229.3 service products are now available in the U.S.
The three products marked with an asterisk (*) have recently been approved and are now available in the U.S.
Please inform your supplier of this change to ensure the switchover to these oils no later than July 2002.
