All Model 163, 164, 171, 203, 209, 211, 215, 219, 220, 230 and 251 Vehicles Replacing Exterior Light Bulbs

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of exterior bulbs requiring replacement, only long life bulbs are to be used as replacement bulbs. Refer to the below applicable condition / remedy.

NOTE:
In cases where a new tail lamp housing (which does not have long-life bulbs) is being installed, replace the bulbs with long life bulbs.

Defective bulbs in two side exterior lamps in bumper, replace (82-1218)
Light bulb(s) - in two rear ext. lamp units (tail lamps), replace (82-1204)
