Rear Window Express Close Feature Not Functioning

If you receive customer reports of the express close feature not functioning for the rear windows, it may be due to a software error in the Front Signal Acquisition and Actuation Module (SAM).

To remedy:

1. Using STAR Diagnosis version 06/06 or later, navigate to the following menu: Control Units --> Body --> SAM-F --> Control unit adaptations --> Control Module Programming

2. Flash the control unit with the latest software according to the instruction prompts on the STAR Diagnosis screen.

Flash software is available as of STAR Diagnosis version 06/06.
