No Audio Detected from Wireless Headphones, Display Will Not Power ON, Wavy or Flickering White Lines Through The LCD Display

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of the Rear Seat Entertainment System having the below conditions, the LCD Display must be replaced. For replacement instructions, refer to STAR TekInfo installation bulletin T-I-82.60/440 dated April 5, 2005.

- No audio detected when using the wireless headphones after checking the batteries and adjusting the volume with the remote control.

- LCD display will not power ON and the screen remains black, wavy or flickering lines on the display.

- Display intermittently remaining ON even after switching the system OFF.
