Aluminum Trim Strip on Interior Door Panels Makes a Creaking Noise





If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles regarding the aluminum trim strip on the interior door panels making a creaking noise, this my be due to friction between the trim strip and door panel. To resolve, spray Special Sliding Compound to the upper joint between the trim strip and door panel (Figure 1). Wipe off any excess lubricant.
