Location
The ESP OFF switch is located in the upper control panel control unit (N72/1).

Function
By pressing the ESP Off switch the acceleration slip regulation (ASR) and Electronic Stability Program (ESP) function can be switched passive when the engine is running. This passive switching results in ESP intervention only occurring in the event of larger deviations between the actual value and specified value than with ESP ON. The ESP-function cannot be switched off.
