Warning!Important note

- This vehicle has a quick start preheating system with 4,4 V glow plugs.
- The glow plugs must never be energized by the vehicle electrical system voltage as this will destroy them.
- US variants are equipped with ceramic glow plugs.

- Only use ceramic glow plugs if the packaging is original and unopened.
Important note

- If fault codes concerning several glow plugs occur simultaneously, first check threaded connection 'W11 (Ground point (engine))' on engine wiring harness for component N14/3 (Glow time output stage) for correct seating and tightening torque (8.5 Nm), and correct if necessary.
