Equipped with Dealer Installed Rear Seat Entertainment System DVD Player not Recognizing US Region DVDs (Region 1)

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles equipped with dealer installed Rear Seat Entertainment System (RSE-S) having an incorrect DVD player region set to any region other than REGION1, this may be caused by incorrect programming of region code from the supplier. To remedy, replace the DVD player. Refer to the appropriate section of WIS document AZ82.60-P-0013GZ (164) or AZ82.60-P-0005RT (251).
