Location
The rear heater heat exchanger is located in the rear heater/air conditioner air recirculation unit.

Task
The rear heater heat exchanger is used to heat up the air flow taken in through the intake air duct. The air is then led into the passenger or load compartment of the vehicle through the outlet air duct and the outlet opening in the bottom front left side panel behind the driver seat.
