Location
The roof air conditioning condenser is mounted on the basic carrier of the rear heavy duty automatic air conditioning recirculation unit below the two additional roof air conditioning fans on the vehicle roof.

Task
The roof air conditioning condenser condenses the gaseous refrigerant under high pressure forwarded from the 2nd refrigerant compressor (A9/7) into liquid refrigerant. The condensation process is enabled by the air flow, which is generated by the two additional roof air conditioning fans.
