Test prerequisite
- Control unit N3/9 (CDI control unit) does not contain any fault codes or event codes concerning component N14/3 (Glow time output stage).
- Engine at idle
Test sequence
- Component B76/1 (Condensation sensor for fuel filter with heating element) will be actuated for 30 sec. after pressing button F3.
- Component B76/1 (Condensation sensor for fuel filter with heating element) is actuated clocked.
- The fuel temperature rises after approx. 6-8 s.
Move on to actuation with button F2
