Heater Core Temperature Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair

Removal
1. Remove push-button control panel.

Vacuum Switchover Valves:

2. Pull 2 pin plug from temperature sensor (6) and then pull temperature sensor out of heater box.

Installation
1. Place sensor into heater box and install 2 pin plug.
2. Install push-button control panel.
