Included is a sample of MBNA form # 2034, Test Sheet for the Mercedes-Benz Electronic Fuel Injection System Using EFI Associates Digital Analyzer, Models 9000 and 2002.

The format of this test sheet directly corresponds with the EFI Associates test procedure and should be used in conjunction with both the EFI Associates Instruction Booklet and Mercedes-Benz Test Specifications provided with each tester. A copy of the EFI Test Sheet should also be submitted with warranty claims for any electronic fuel injection components, in order to document specific malfunctions of the returned component(s). Test steps which indicated an out-of-specification condition should be circled on the test sheet to clearly show the reason for replacement.
