SUBJECT: MODIFIED EXPANSION HOSE FOR FUEL RETURN LINE MODELS 123.133/153/193 and 126.120

FIGURE 1:

Since January 1984, a modified fuel expansion hose (arrow) was phased into production in the above models (hose length varies between model 123 and 126).. The identification number SKOX 6790 is molded into the hose. The part numbers remain unchanged:

Model 123 008 997 64 82
126 000 997 51 52

If a knocking sound is diagnosed in the fuel return line due to pressure pulses, the modified expansion hose should be installed to eliminate the sound.
