Attached is your sample copy of the new "Sketch for Damage to Paintwork - Type 201 Sedan", MBNA/MBC 2079 (4-84).

This form can be used by dealerships to mark the location of paint or body damage on new cars or on customer's cars in for repair. It can also be used to describe paintwork damage to the Field Service Manager if he is unable to inspect the car personally.

The Field Service Manager must attach this form to every TPR concerning paint damage or defects, indicating the problem location and paint thickness.

The form is available in pads of 50, please order in the usual manner.
