Throttle Position Switch: Testing and Inspection

NOTE: The throttle switch has two closed positions, and is otherwise open.
1. Terminals 2 and 1 should show continuity (0 Ohms) with the throttle plate in the closed (idle) position,
2. Terminals 2 and 3 should show continuity (0 Ohms) at wide open throttle.
