Fuel Injector: Service and Repair

NOTES:
- Use special pliers to pull off leak oil hose (50).
- Material of plug (52) changed (fabric), production breakpoint: 11/84.
- Injection line cylinder no. 1 (54) - 10-20 Nm (reference value).
- Injection nozzle (30) - 70-80 Nm, special tool 001 589 65 09 00, with inclined injection 30 Nm.
- Replace nozzle plate (53).

Engine 601.912 - Injection nozzles with reduced rotor value for improving idling/part load noise.




Engines 601.911/912/913, 602.911/912, 603.912 - Standardization of brackets for injection pipes (reduction in versions).




Engines 602.911/912, 603.912 - Brackets for injection pipes cylinders 1-3 made of modified material (PA46, was POM 906).




Engine 601.912/913 - Leak oil hose between nozzle holders modified. Improved fitting certainty of hoses to the connection of the bracket.
