Eleven Needle Sweeps

NOTE: This test requires the use of a "socket box" type testing adapter.

1. With the engine off and the ignition on, check voltage between sockets 3 (-) and 15 (+) of the test adapter. If five volts is present, the test is over. If five volts is not present, check for and repair any open circuit. If no open circuit is present, replace the trimming plug and/or the EDS control unit.
NOTE: The trimming plug should be installed in position "4".
