Certain A/C condenser part number have been revised to reflect slight physical changes made. An application table is provided to clarify how these changes effect the installation in certain vehicles which fall into specific serial number ranges.

It is particularly important to understand how the physical changes of the revised condensers effect vehicles which have been modified according to the S.I. MBNA 83/26 (Tempmatic Climate Control Modifications). If a modified vehicle subsequently requires a new condenser, please take note of the items in the table and proceed accordingly.

1) This is the original condenser for the range of vehicles listed.

2) If this condenser (part number 000 830 14 70) is not available, the condensers mentioned in the table as items 2, 3 & 4 can be physically modified and used in its place. See special modification Work Instructions.
