Intake Air Heater: Service and Repair

Intake Manifold Pre-Heater:

REMOVAL
1. Remove intake manifold. See Engine.
2. Disconnect pre-heating flange terminal.
3. Remove pre-heating flange.

INSTALLATION
1. Replace light alloy gasket (closest to cylinder head).
2. Install pre-heater flange and connect terminal.
3. Install intake manifold gasket.
4. Install intake manifold
