COMPLAINT: ASR warning lamp comes ON while driving and the electronic accelerator operates in the "limp-home".

Test accelerator pedal 3.0-3.3
position sensor, replace
if needed.

Actuator 4.0-4.5

Control unit 1.0-2.0



COMPLAINT: Accelerator pedal binds or electronic accelerator switches off.

Telescoping Rod bent Check adjustment. Refer
to ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES.





COMPLAINT: Automatic transmission not shifting properly.

Control linkage not Check adjustment. Refer
properly adjusted to ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES.
