Operation:

Remove windshield/headlamp washer reservoir. Replace headlamp washer pump with modified headlamp washer pump. Check function of washer system with ignition ON and headlamps ON, and activation of the washer system. Check and adjust headlamp wiper arms, as necessary.

Important Reimbursement instructions

In case you are approached by a customer who has already paid to have the repair performed, please follow these instructions.

1. Obtain from customer the original repair documents covering the repair. The repair is limited to components as listed in this work instructions. Dealer must verify by inspection of the customers vehicle that indeed the modified headlamp washer pump, with the correct part number embossed on the pump housing has been installed.
The original documents will be returned to the customer. Please make sure that they are legible, and verify that the owner's name and address shown is current and accurate.
Vehicle identification must appear on documents submitted.

2. Forward the documents to:

3. Any reimbursement will be sent directly from MBNA to the customer, at the address shown on the documents. Please advise the customer that they may expect a response within 4 weeks of the date that the request was received.
