2ND and 3RD Versions

Preparation
- Open hood. raise to vertical position.

Overview
- Model 124: remove fan shroud, install.
- Models 129 and 140: take off fan shroud ring, place over fan, fit on.
- 2nd version: swivel hexagon head (3) an tensioning arm (2) counter-clockwise with wrench (WAF 17).
- 3rd version: swivel Torx (E10) in tensioning pulley counter-clockwise.
- All models: take off poly V-belt (11).
- Examine belt pulley surfaces for signs of damage and dirt, replace if necessary (e. g. worn bearing points of tensioning device, dents in belt pulleys etc.).
- Install Poly V-belt (11), refer to Poly Drive Belt Routing. Diagrams

CAUTION: Do not use belt wax or similar products.

- Examine seat of belt on belt pulleys.
