Window guide rail (figure 1)
partially remove.
Self-tapping screws (figure 2)
unscrew from surround (4 pieces).
Remove surround (figure 3)
for this step press glass forward and inner lining to one side using plastic wedge. Pull out lower surround and remove.

Install surround (figure 4)

NOTE:
Surround 1 = 1st version
installed up to approx. 12/91.
Surround 2 = 2nd version
installed as of approx. 12/91.
Difference, 2nd version:
install lug (arrow) of surround (2) in the sealing frame of the door.

Install surround (5)
coat adhesive rubber lip with soapsuds, first slide in surround at the top (arrow) and press in, whilst pressing to one side and pressing the glass forwards as for the removal of the inner panelling.
Self-tapping screws (figure 6)
screw in (4 pieces).
Reinstall in opposite order.
