MODEL 140 MODIFIED STEERING COUPLING





As of September 1994, a modified steering coupling (2, Figure 1), in which the steering coupling flange pinch bolt location (2a, Figure 1) has been rotated by 180°, was phased into production.

As a result, the steering gear center point is achieved when the steering flange pinch bolt slot is aligned with the markings on the steering gear housing (1, arrows, Figure 1).
