Illustrated in this S.I. is a form for use in diagnosis of all in warranty audio system complaints. It is intended as an aid in diagnosis of audio system complaints, and to reduce the number of audio components which are being tested and labeled "No trouble found" at the MBNA Warranty Inspection Center, thereby reducing the number of part returns to dealers and claim debits.

This form should reside with Service Advisors who will initiate the circulation of this form when a customer has a complaint related to the vehicle audio system. The form should follow with the vehicle to the technician, and in the event of replacement of an audio component, the white and yellow copies are to be returned with the defective component.

Effective as of repair date 2/1/97, the handling charge will be debited to the dealer if audio system components are returned without the completed form.
