AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION WARRANTY FORM

Included is an example of an Automatic Transmission Warranty Form. Additional copies may be ordered via MB-NET order no. S-2698-098. This form must be provided with every automatic transmission 722.6 warranty replacement. Complete the form and include it with the transmission when returning the transmission for warranty. The form must also be faxed to (201) 476-2871. It the torque converter is also defective, then it too must be returned along with the defective transmission. If the transmission control module is defective, then it must be returned with the detective transmission as well.








Note:
As of repair date July 1, 1998. we will debit a handling charge of $100.00 if a transmission is returned for warranty without this form.
