EXTENDED LENGTH SEAT BELT ORDER REQUEST

The purpose of this bulletin and form is to advise you of a streamlined ordering process for extended length seat belts for passenger cars which are not available through normal parts ordering procedures and must be special ordered from DBAG. Extended length belts are offered to customers or where the original belt is too short to allow them to safely buckle-up.





Please fill out the form and have the customer read the form and sign it. A copy of the signed form must be provided to the customer.

The completed and signed form must be faxed to the Safety Engineering department at 201-573-6708 for processing and order fulfillment.

NOTE:
Before submitting a request to Safety Engineering for extended length seat belts, please refer to the parts microfiche. Only use this form for extended length seat belts which are not available through normal spare parts ordering procedures.
