Rear Door

Preliminary work:
Removal and installation of outer sealing bar. Outside












Window rail (3)
partially remove.
Body-bound rivet (4) on surround (1)
remove.
Screws (2, 4 pieces) on surround (1)
unscrew.
Surround (1)
remove, by first pulling surround (1) downwards and tilting outwards at the top. Then remove surround (1) from the window shaft upwards.
Reinstall in opposite order.

NOTE:
Surround 1 = 1st version
installed up to approx. 03/92.
Surround 2 = 2nd version
installed as of approx. 03/92.







Difference: 2nd version, install lug (arrow) of surround (2) in the sealing frame of the door.
