1998 EMISSION CONTROL INFORMATION LABEL REPLACEMENT

The Emission Control Information Label for 1998 diesel and 12 cylinder passenger vehicles indicates a "Tier 1 Interim" in-use standard. All 1998 vehicles are however, certified to Tier 1 in-use standard.

Please replace the Emission Control Information Label of the affected vehicles with the correct applicable label (see tables below) during the vehicle's next scheduled service visit.
