RETROFIT OF "4MATIC" MODEL DESIGNATION

Effective May 1998, all E 320 and E 320S models equipped with the 4MATIC system, will have the "4MATIC" model designation badge on the decklids or tailgates respectively. Vehicles produced without the badge may be retrofitted upon customer request. The 4MATIC badge may be ordered through your PDC and submitted as a warranty claim in such cases.
