CELLULAR TELEPHONE SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS AND RETURN FORM
In the interest of improved diagnosis, repair and ultimate customer and dealer satisfaction related to Mercedes-Benz cellular telephones, we have developed a three part "Cellular Telephone System Diagnosis and Return Form", with a format similar to that of the Audio System form introduced last year.
The form is designed such that it lists all pertinent information and guides dealership personnel through the entire repair process, from the customer concerns and observations through parts returns. This information is then utilized by MBNA and the phone suppliers to help locate the exact cause of customer concern, and to improve diagnostic information and future products.
Please complete the form as thoroughly and accurately as possible, so it can be utilized to its fullest extent. The pink copy is retained by the dealer for future reference, and the white and yellow copies are returned with the replaced components, as applicable. If no parts have been replaced, we ask that you return the completed form to Service Engineering in Montvale so we can analyze as much data as possible. Included in this SI is a sample copy of the form.
