ASHTRAY HOUSING WITH WOOD TRIM REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE

Should it become necessary to replace the ashtray housing due to a mechanical failure such as seizing, the original ashtray cover wood trim must be reused.

The original ashtray cover wood trim belongs to the matching set of the vehicle's existing interior wood trim. A newly ordered wood trim piece may appear mismatched.

The ashtray cover wood trim is mounted to the ashtray housing by two pins. For instructions on removing and installing the ashtray housing, refer to WIS: AR68.20-P-2400F; then see WIS: AF68.10-U-2001B for instructions on removing and installing the ashtray cover wood trim.
