CLICKING NOISE FROM THE FRONT DOOR LOCK TRIM

Symptom
A clicking noise may be heard from the front door lock areas.

Probable Cause
The left and/or right front door lock trim may come in contact with the door lock.

Corrective Action
1. Remove the left and right front door lock trim.





2. Using a utility knife, cut off approximately 1 mm from the diagonal running inner edge of the left and right front door lock trim (Figure 1).

3. Reinstall the door lock trims.
