Fuel Consumption Function

Task
Advising current fuel consumption to trip computer by means of groups of square-wave pulses.


Design/function
The fuel consumption signal (e.g. 8 ltr./hour) is computed from the fuel injection times. One square wave pulse means 0.2 ltr./hour


NOTE: With CAN-compatible instrument cluster, information is transferred from engine control module through CAN to instrument cluster.
