Heater Core: Service and Repair

Heater box
remove. Service and Repair

Clips (arrows)
unclip.

Bolts (24)
unscrew.

Heat exchanger (22)
withdraw upwards.

Pipes at heat exchanger
disconnect and fit to new heat exchanger with new O-rings. Remove screws (25) for this step.

Install
in reverse order.
