- For painting operations, during the drying phase the following parameters must be met.
- Taximeter in OFF-mode
- Voltage supply from vehicle (no increased internal battery consumption)
- Maximum in-car temperature of 85 °C over a maximum period of 3 - 4 hours is not exceeded.

- For storing the inside mirror taximeter, the battery can be switched off, but must be switched ON again when installed.
- The maximum storage period of the inside mirror taximeter is 5 years
- When storing with the battery switched on, the service life of the battery is at least 5 years.
