Engine 113 With 4matic:

1 Detach lower engine compartment paneling
2 Screw in threaded bolt (07n)

NOTE:
- Model 215, model 220 without 4MATIC: Insert threaded bolts (07n) into the rearmost threaded holes "k" in the mounting rail.
- To do this, unscrew the rear bolts from the rear engine crossmember (63).
- Model 220 with 4MATIC: Insert threaded bolts into threaded holes "k".
- To do this, unscrew the relevant bolts (see diagram) from the rear engine crossmember (63).

3 Install cradle (07) horizontally and adjust fixtures (07r, 07s) according to the vehicle model concerned
4 Install telescopic measuring rod (06) on retaining bolt (024b) with connecting parts
- Use the relevant measuring bolt and probes (024) for the corresponding distance or comparison measurement.

5 Carry out distance and comparison measurements on front and rear axles
6 Detach cradle (07) and threaded bolts (07n)
7 Screw in bolts for rear engine crossmember (63) on both sides
8 Install lower engine compartment paneling.
