Convenience Closing of Tilting/Sliding Roof

Convenience Opening/Closing Via Infrared Signal Networking Of Components

Function requirements
- No overvoltage/undervoltage
- All doors closed (state: locked) and
- Ignition key in "0" position or removed
- "Lock" button on transmitter key (A8/1) pressed and held for longer than 1s

Function
The overhead control panel control module (N70) receives the request for convenience closing over CAN and actuates the roof system motor (M12m1) in the "close sliding roof" direction.

The motor remains actuated for as long as the "Lock" button on the transmitter key (A8/1) is pressed.

The convenience closing function of the tilting/sliding roof is aborted if
- The request is no longer received via CAN, or
- The function requirements listed above are no longer satisfied.


NOTE: The convenience closing function also closes the windows.
