Load Compartment Cover Sags Noticeably More on One Side





If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles that the load compartment cover sags noticeably more on one side compared to the opposite side, this can occur over time due to tolerances and operating conditions. Measure the sag as shown (Figure 1) using a straight edge and a ruler or tape measure. The roller blind should only be replaced if the sag on one side exceeds 40 mm as measured from the straight edge.

Note:
In case of warranty, the sag measurement and the affected side must be entered on the warranty part return tag and in the comment box on the warranty claim.
