Rumbling Noise from Front Axle Area on Rough Roads

Rumbling noise from the front axle area when driving on rough roads may be caused by hard contact with the linear rubber stop on the upper shock absorber support bearing. If you encounter instances of this complaint in the above model vehicle up to VIN A143035, replace the front shock absorber with the newer, progressive rubber stop integrated in the support bearing.
