Removing And Installing Pneumatic Pump For Dynamic Seat Control







1 Disconnect ground cable of battery
2 Remove left side Inner paneling of load compartment
3 Remove hazard warning triangle (1)
4 Loosen sound-deadening material (2) in the lower area and fold upwards

NOTE: Installation: Pay attention to correct seating of sound-deadening material (2).

5 Remove pneumatic pump for dynamic seat control (M40/1) with the sound-deadening materials (3) upwards out of the bracket (4)
6 Remove sound-deadening materials (3) from the pneumatic pump for dynamic seat control (M40/1)
7 Detach pneumatic connections (5) from the pneumatic pump for dynamic seat control (M40/1)
8 Disconnect electrical connector (6) and remove the pneumatic pump for dynamic seat control (M40/1) from the load compartment
9 Install in the reverse order
