Wiper Arm Scraping/Striking Engine Hood

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of the wiper arm scraping or striking the bottom side of the engine hood during wiping sequence, this may be due to the wiper system being adjusted incorrectly. To resolve, check and adjust wiper system as per WIS document AR82.30-P-6400-01P.
